Key Stage 1 is a crucial time for children, and the responsibility of filling their young minds with useful lessons can sometimes be overwhelming. Our KS1 teachers and tutors are well experienced to support young children who are finding aspects of learning difficulties in the early years.
Our tutors are highly experienced and well aware of the impact that tuition can make on young children, bringing them the confidence they need to perform well in school as well as in their private maths and English tuition sessions. In addition to practicing key skills, students due to sit maths SATs papers will also begin focusing on exam work.
Key stage 1 (SATs)
What are SATs?
SATs (Standard Assessment Tests) are tests children take in primary school in England. They are used to assess children’s educational progress and the standard of teaching at schools across the country. They are taken at the end of Key Stage 1 (Years 1–2) and at the end of Key Stage 2 (Years 3–6).
